How to Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Check Card


Visa has a new 24-hour phone number for reporting lost or stolen check cards. If you need to report a card lost or stolen when the credit union is closed, please call Visa at (800) 405-7068. To report a check card lost or stolen during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday), call the credit union at (979) 830-7505 or (800) 392-2202, extension 7505.
